Getting Started

This page explains how developers get started using the API provided by E.ON One. Please follow this guide to request the credentials and also the permissions for your application. curl is the tool of choice to experiment with the API before start developing your application.

Authenticating to APIs

Our APIs are secured by the established standard OAuth 2.0. However, the OAuth 2.0 token is used to authenticate the client. For the authorization, additional permission checks are applied and a request might be rejected by the API in case off missing permissions.

Permission

The permissions on some APIs are granted to you or a developing application by default. To use other APIs for which you don't have permission, please contact the sales team for a trial period or a contract.
